A tracker for your exact medication

Pick your medicine below. Each page shows its real schedule (from the FDA label for approved drugs), the form it comes in, what is worth tracking, and how Dose Track handles each item: dose reminders, injection site rotation, vial and pen counts with run-out alerts, side effects, weight and labs. iPhone and Android.

Weekly pens, daily tablets, oil vials and powder you mix yourself all need different things tracked. A weekly GLP-1 pen needs a shot day and a step-up date; testosterone needs labs like hematocrit and estradiol; a research peptide needs the mixing math saved with the vial. These pages are built from the FDA label for each approved drug and from our own compound guides.

Frequently asked questions

What does a medication tracker app do?+
It keeps a dated log of every dose, reminds you when the next one is due and keeps count of what is left. Dose Track also records the injection site, side effects, weight and lab results next to your doses, so you can see them together.
Does Dose Track work on iPhone and Android?+
Yes. Dose Track is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android, with the same features on both.
Which medications can I track?+
Dose Track has 800+ medications and supplements built in, including the GLP-1 brands, testosterone esters, hCG, growth hormone and research peptides on this page. You can add a custom medication for anything not in the library, and log blends that share one vial.
Does Dose Track tell me what dose to take?+
No. It records the dose you and your prescriber chose. For approved drugs the pages here quote the FDA label schedule; for research peptides there is no label, so the app simply logs the dose your protocol uses.
Where is my data stored?+
Your log is stored on your phone, no account needed, data only leaves for features you choose, such as asking Pulse a question or reading a lab report.

Dose Track is a tracking app, not medical advice. It records what you and your prescriber decide; it does not recommend doses. Check any dose change with your prescriber.
