What people take, what the evidence shows, what to track · Reviewed
What this is: Pick a goal to see which compounds people discuss for it, how strong the evidence really is (approved drug, human trials, or rats only), what is still unknown, and what is worth writing down. No dosing, no promises.
Education, not medical advice. These guides do not cover dosing and are not a recommendation to use any compound.
Frequently asked questions
Do these pages recommend compounds?+
No. They describe what is discussed and what the published evidence shows, including when there is no human evidence at all. Decisions about treatment belong with a licensed clinician.
What does "animal or lab studies only" mean?+
It means we found no published human trial for that use. Results in rats, mice or cells often fail to carry over to people, so they are a reason to study something, not proof that it works.
Where do the facts come from?+
FDA labels on DailyMed, FDA pages, ClinicalTrials.gov and studies on PubMed. Every page lists the sources it used at the bottom.
