Dose Track is a peptide tracker for iPhone and Android. It saves how you mixed each vial, shows the syringe units for the dose you log, and records the site of every shot. Vials count down as you log, blends save each compound as its own dose, and you can pause a peptide between cycles.
Most peptides come as powder you mix with bacteriostatic water, so the units to draw depend on the vial size and the water you added. Add a few peptides on different schedules, a blend or two, and breaks between cycles, and tracking peptides on paper gets hard. A peptide dose log keeps the mixing math, doses, sites and vials together.
Most peptides on this page are not FDA approved, and most have no label dose. Dose Track does not suggest one. You log the dose your protocol uses.
Each row is something worth writing down, why it matters, and what Dose Track does with it.
| What to log | Why it matters | In Dose Track |
|---|---|---|
| How you mixed the vial | The units to draw depend on the vial size and the water you added, and both vary. | Saved with the vial; every dose you log shows its mL and syringe units. |
| Dose and schedule | Most research peptides have no approved dose; log the dose your protocol uses. | Daily, set weekdays or every-N-days schedules, with a reminder for each dose. |
| Injection site | Daily shots use the same few areas often. | Each shot is saved with its site; the app suggests the next one. Nasal doses need no site. |
| Vial age and amount left | A mixed vial has a limited life in the fridge. | Each vial keeps its mix date and an expiry you set, and counts down as you log. |
| Blends | A blend puts two or more compounds in one vial. | Set up the blend once; each logged shot saves each compound as its own dose. |
| Breaks between cycles | Many protocols run in blocks with time off in between. | Pause a peptide for a set time or until you resume; reminders stop and the history shows the break. |
| Side effects and supplies | A sore spot or a headache is easier to place with a record, and each vial needs water and syringes. | Quick picks for injection-site reaction, tiredness, headache and more. BAC water, syringes and wipes count down as you log. |
Each page covers how the peptide comes, the mixing table for common vial sizes where it applies, and what is worth tracking for it. Growth hormone is listed here too.
Dose Track is a tracking app, not medical advice. It records what you and your prescriber decide; it does not recommend doses. Check any dose change with your prescriber.
