Dose Track is a TRT tracker for iPhone and Android. It logs each testosterone injection with its dose, mL and site, reminds you on your schedule, and counts down the oil vial. hCG, anastrozole and other meds sit alongside, and lab results like testosterone, estradiol and hematocrit go in the same place.
TRT is rarely just one shot. There is the testosterone itself, often on a weekly, twice-weekly or every-other-day schedule, plus sites to rotate, an oil vial to keep count of, and sometimes hCG or an estrogen blocker on their own schedules. Blood work every few months ties it together. A TRT log keeps all of it on one timeline.
Each row is something worth writing down, why it matters, and what Dose Track does with it.
| What to log | Why it matters | In Dose Track |
|---|---|---|
| Each injection | The dose, mL and time are what you and your prescriber look back at. | Log in one tap from the reminder. The dose is saved in mg with its mL and syringe units. |
| Schedule | TRT schedules range from weekly to every other day or daily. | Weekly, set weekdays, every N days or daily, each with a reminder. |
| Injection site | IM and subQ shots use different sites, and rotating them gives each spot a rest. | Glute, ventrogluteal, deltoid, quad, belly and more. The app suggests the next site and logs any site reaction. |
| Oil vial and units | Testosterone comes in different mg/mL strengths, so the mL to draw depends on your vial. | Save the vial strength; each dose shows mL and U-100 units, and the vial counts down as you log. |
| hCG and other meds | hCG, anastrozole, enclomiphene or tadalafil often run on their own schedules. | Each one gets its own schedule and reminder. hCG vials are tracked in IU, tablets from a bottle. |
| Labs | Total and free testosterone, estradiol and hematocrit are the numbers people on TRT check. | Upload a lab report or type in the values, set your own targets, and see them next to your doses. |
| How you feel | Acne, mood, sleep and water retention are easier to judge with a written record. | Quick picks for what people on testosterone log most, rated by how bad it was. |
Each page covers the form the medicine comes in, what is worth tracking for it, and how Dose Track handles each item.
Dose Track is a tracking app, not medical advice. It records what you and your prescriber decide; it does not recommend doses. Check any dose change with your prescriber.
