These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ethen Amezquita, an individual developer based in Nevada, United States, doing business as Dose Track ("Dose Track," "we," "our," or "us"). They cover your use of the Dose Track mobile app on iOS and Android, the Dose Track website, and the in-app community we call the Hub (together, the "Service").
Please read them. By downloading, installing, or using Dose Track, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Read this first: Dose Track is not medical advice.
Dose Track is a tracking and organisation tool. It is not a medical device, it does not practise medicine, and nothing in the app — no number, chart, estimate, calculator result, reference article, AI-generated summary, or post written by another user — is medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, or a treatment recommendation.
Every decision you make about a medication or compound is yours, and you should make it with a licensed healthcare professional who knows your history. Never start, stop, or change a dose because of something Dose Track showed you. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
By using the Service you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you agree to them, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using Dose Track on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.
Some parts of the app show you a shorter summary of these rules before you use them — for example, the Community Hub shows a guidelines and age screen the first time you open it. Those in-app screens are a summary. These Terms are the full agreement, and where the two differ, these Terms govern.
Dose Track helps you keep records. Depending on the features you use, it can log doses, remind you when the next one is due, estimate medication levels over time using published pharmacokinetic models, track vials and inventory, run reconstitution and dosing calculators, store lab results, record how you are feeling, and give you a place to talk to other people using similar protocols.
You need to understand the limits of that:
You are solely responsible for your own health decisions, for what you put in your body, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Dose Track does not require you to create an account with a username and password. Your records live on your device, and your identity in the Hub is a display name you choose (or "Anonymous"). That means a few things are on you:
The Hub is the part of Dose Track where people post: chat messages, questions and answers, tips, shared protocols, reviews, feature requests, comments, images, and short videos. We call all of that "user content."
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour in the Hub. None. If you post content that breaks the rules below, or you behave abusively toward another user, we will remove the content and we may suspend or permanently ban you — immediately, at our sole discretion, and without prior notice, warning, or refund.
We review every report of objectionable content, and we aim to act on reports within 24 hours by removing the content, removing the user who posted it, or both. Removing content or an account is a decision we can make on our own judgement; we do not have to prove the rule was broken to your satisfaction first.
"Objectionable content" includes, and is not limited to: harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or slurs, sexual content, sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm or suicide, content promoting eating disorders, doxxing, and content posted to intimidate, humiliate, or endanger another person.
You keep ownership of what you post. You are responsible for it, and you confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not break anyone else's rights or any law.
By posting to the Hub you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, reformat, display, and distribute that content inside the Service, so that other users can see it and so the app works as intended. This licence exists so we can run the Hub. It does not let us sell your content or use it in advertising. It lasts as long as your content is on the Service, and for a reasonable period afterwards in backups.
If you delete your content, or ask us to delete it, we will remove it from the Hub. Copies may remain in backups or moderation records for a short time, and other users may have already seen or saved it — we cannot reach into someone else's screenshot.
User content is not written or checked by us, and it is not written or checked by medical professionals. It is people describing their own experience. Treat it that way.
We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, and with or without notice:
We do not promise to review everything before it appears. We are not obliged to keep any content available, and we are not responsible for content another user posts.
Every piece of user content in the Hub can be reported from inside the app — use the report control on the post, comment, or message and tell us what is wrong with it. Reports go to our moderation queue and are reviewed. You can also email hello@dosetrack.app.
You can block another user from inside the app. When you block someone, their content is hidden from you and yours from them. Blocking is your control and does not require our approval.
Abusing the reporting system — mass-reporting someone you disagree with, for example — is itself a breach of these Terms.
These apply everywhere in the Service, and they are the ones that get accounts removed fastest:
Dose Track is free to download and includes core tracking features at no cost. Some features are part of a paid subscription. Which features are free and which are paid can change over time, and we may add, change, or remove features.
The Service — the app, its design, its code, its calculators and models, our reference and educational content, the Dose Track name, and the Dose Track logo — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal use. That licence does not let you copy, resell, sublicense, republish, or build a derivative product from the Service.
Your health records are yours. The doses you log, the labs you upload, the notes you write, and the metrics you track belong to you. We do not claim ownership of them. Section 5.2 covers the separate, narrower licence you give us for anything you deliberately post to the Hub.
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If the Privacy Policy and these Terms disagree about how we handle your information, the Privacy Policy wins.
Dose Track includes AI features — the Pulse assistant, lab document extraction, and generated insights. You should know:
Dose Track relies on services we do not control — the Apple App Store, Google Play, our subscription infrastructure, our AI provider, Apple Health and Android Health Connect where you enable them. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or their terms. The Service may also link to third-party websites; we do not endorse them and we are not responsible for what is on them.
We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the Service at any time, including individual features. We try to avoid breaking things people rely on, but we do not guarantee the Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we do not guarantee that your data will never be lost. Export your data if it matters to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your needs, that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that calculations, estimates, or extracted values will be accurate, or that user content will be truthful or safe.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the case, some of the above may not apply to you, and you may have rights that these Terms cannot take away.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dose Track and the people who work on it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or personal injury or death arising out of your use of the Service — including any decision you or anyone else makes about a medication, dose, or compound based on the Service or on content posted by another user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims connected to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on liability for personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dose Track and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, anything you post, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of anyone else's rights.
You can stop using Dose Track at any time by deleting the app. Remember that deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — see section 7.
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, if we believe you present a risk to other users, or if we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — survive it.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and post the new version here. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.
These Terms are between you and Dose Track, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or its content, and they have no obligation to provide support for it. If the app fails to conform to any warranty that cannot be disclaimed, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and we agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
