Dose Track keeps the mixing math for each TB-500 vial and shows the syringe units for every dose you log. It reminds you on your schedule, records the injection site, counts what is left, and can pause TB-500 between blocks.
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide based on part of thymosin beta-4. It is not FDA approved and human data is limited, so there is no label schedule. In Dose Track you log the dose your protocol uses and pick the schedule that matches it.
If your protocol changes the dose partway through, record the new dose from the day it starts. Earlier doses keep their amounts, so the log shows each phase.
TB-500 is a powder, usually in 2 mg, 5 mg or 10 mg vials, mixed with bacteriostatic water. Strength after mixing depends on the water you add. Dose Track works out the units for any dose once you enter the vial and water.
| Vial | 1 mL water | 2 mL water | 3 mL water |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 mg vial | 2 mg/mL · 20 mcg per unit | 1 mg/mL · 10 mcg per unit | 0.667 mg/mL · 6.667 mcg per unit |
| 5 mg vial | 5 mg/mL · 50 mcg per unit | 2.5 mg/mL · 25 mcg per unit | 1.667 mg/mL · 16.667 mcg per unit |
| 10 mg vial | 10 mg/mL · 100 mcg per unit | 5 mg/mL · 50 mcg per unit | 3.333 mg/mL · 33.333 mcg per unit |

Each row is something worth writing down for TB-500, why it matters for this medicine, and what Dose Track does with it.
| What to track | Why it matters | In Dose Track |
|---|---|---|
| Vial and water | Three common vial sizes and any water volume give many different strengths. | Saved per vial; each logged dose shows its mL and units. |
| Dose phases | There is no approved dose; log the dose your protocol uses, and note when it changes. | Record a new dose from the date it starts; earlier doses stay as logged. |
| Schedule and reminders | Schedules vary between protocols. | Daily, set weekdays or every N days, with a reminder for each dose. |
| Injection site and reactions | A sore or red spot is easier to sort out when you know which shot it was. | Each shot keeps its site and any reaction: redness, swelling, bruising, a lump or itching. |
| Vial left and refills | Running out mid-block means a gap in the log. | Each dose comes off the vial in use, with a run-out date and a day to reorder. |
There is no FDA label for TB-500 and no official side-effect list. Dose Track has quick picks for the side effects people on peptides log most: injection-site reaction, tiredness, headache, nausea, flushing and water retention. You can type in anything else and set how bad it was. Each shot can also carry a site reaction (redness, swelling, bruising, a lump or itching), so a sore spot is tied to the site and the vial it came from.
With no label, there is no official missed-dose rule for TB-500; a missed day shows in your Dose Track history.
In Dose Track a missed dose stands out in your history, so you can see the gap and count from the right day.
Dose Track is a tracking app, not medical advice. It records what you and your prescriber decide; it does not recommend doses. Check any dose change with your prescriber.
