Dose Track saves how you mixed each AOD-9604 vial, turns the dose you log into syringe units, and reminds you on your schedule. Weight you log or sync from Apple Health or Health Connect sits next to your doses.
AOD-9604 is a modified fragment of human growth hormone. It is not FDA approved as a drug, so there is no label schedule. In Dose Track you log the dose your protocol uses and set its days and time.
AOD-9604 comes as powder in 2 mg or 5 mg vials, mixed with bacteriostatic water. Small vials with more water give a weak solution; the table shows how much each unit holds at common water volumes.
| Vial | 1 mL water | 2 mL water | 3 mL water |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 mg vial | 2 mg/mL · 20 mcg per unit | 1 mg/mL · 10 mcg per unit | 0.667 mg/mL · 6.667 mcg per unit |
| 5 mg vial | 5 mg/mL · 50 mcg per unit | 2.5 mg/mL · 25 mcg per unit | 1.667 mg/mL · 16.667 mcg per unit |

Each row is something worth writing down for AOD-9604, why it matters for this medicine, and what Dose Track does with it.
| What to track | Why it matters | In Dose Track |
|---|---|---|
| Mixing math | Small vials make the per-unit amount small and easy to misread. | Saved per vial; each logged dose shows mL and units, with the syringe drawn to the line. |
| Dose and time | There is no approved dose; log the dose your protocol uses at the time it sets. | A reminder at your time on the days you pick. |
| Weight | If weight is what you are watching, it helps to see it next to the doses. | Log weight or sync from Apple Health or Health Connect, next to your doses. |
| Vial left | Small vials run out fast. | Each dose comes off the vial; run-out and order-by dates follow. |
AOD-9604 has no FDA label and no official side-effect list. Dose Track has quick picks for the side effects people on peptides log most: injection-site reaction, tiredness, headache, nausea, flushing and water retention. You can type in anything else and set how bad it was. Each shot can also carry a site reaction (redness, swelling, bruising, a lump or itching), so a sore spot is tied to the site and the vial it came from.
AOD-9604 has no label to give a missed-dose rule; Dose Track shows the missed day so you can see the gap.
In Dose Track a missed dose stands out in your history, so you can see the gap and count from the right day.
Dose Track is a tracking app, not medical advice. It records what you and your prescriber decide; it does not recommend doses. Check any dose change with your prescriber.
