How is my data stored?+
Your data is stored securely on your device. On iOS, you can optionally sync via iCloud for cross-device access. On Android, data lives locally on your device. We never have access to your health information.
Is my health data private?+
Yes. Your personal health data stays on-device and is never collected or shared. Bloodwork PDFs are processed via Google Gemini — extracted instantly and never stored or used to train models. The app sends only pseudonymous usage analytics (no health information). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do dose reminders work?+
You can set up customizable reminders for each medication. The app will send you local notifications based on your dosing schedule.
Can I use Dose Track on multiple devices?+
Yes! On iOS, iCloud sync automatically syncs your data across all Apple devices on the same account. On Android, your data is stored locally — use the in-app export/import to move between devices.
How do I restore my data on a new device?+
On iOS: sign in with the same Apple ID and enable iCloud sync — your data syncs automatically. On Android: use the in-app export feature to back up your data, then import it on your new device.
Is Dose Track free?+
Dose Track is free to download with a free tier that includes 3 active medications, dose reminders, and basic metrics. A Pro subscription (monthly or annual) unlocks unlimited medications, calculations, and AI insights.
Does Dose Track work with GLP-1 medications like Ozempic?+
Yes, Dose Track fully supports GLP-1 medications including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Semaglutide, and Tirzepatide. You can track doses, visualize medication levels, and monitor weight progress.
Can Dose Track estimate my testosterone levels?+
