Dose Track saves how you mixed each sermorelin vial, shows the syringe units for every dose you log, and reminds you at the time your protocol sets. Your IGF-1 results sit next to the doses, so you can see both on one timeline.
Sermorelin is the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone. The original branded product (Geref) was discontinued in the US, and there is no current FDA label, so there is no label schedule. Log the dose your protocol uses at the time it sets.
Sermorelin comes as powder, usually in 2 mg, 6 mg or 9 mg vials (5 mg and 10 mg are also common). Mixed with bacteriostatic water, the strength sets how many units each dose is. Dose Track saves the vial and water and does the math on every log.
| Vial | 1 mL water | 2 mL water | 3 mL water |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 mg vial | 2 mg/mL · 20 mcg per unit | 1 mg/mL · 10 mcg per unit | 0.667 mg/mL · 6.667 mcg per unit |
| 5 mg vial | 5 mg/mL · 50 mcg per unit | 2.5 mg/mL · 25 mcg per unit | 1.667 mg/mL · 16.667 mcg per unit |
| 6 mg vial | 6 mg/mL · 60 mcg per unit | 3 mg/mL · 30 mcg per unit | 2 mg/mL · 20 mcg per unit |
| 9 mg vial | 9 mg/mL · 90 mcg per unit | 4.5 mg/mL · 45 mcg per unit | 3 mg/mL · 30 mcg per unit |
| 10 mg vial | 10 mg/mL · 100 mcg per unit | 5 mg/mL · 50 mcg per unit | 3.333 mg/mL · 33.333 mcg per unit |

Each row is something worth writing down for Sermorelin, why it matters for this medicine, and what Dose Track does with it.
| What to track | Why it matters | In Dose Track |
|---|---|---|
| Time of day | Protocols usually tie sermorelin to a fixed time. | A reminder at the time you pick. |
| Mixing math | Five common vial sizes give many different strengths. | Saved per vial; each dose shows its mL and units. |
| Dose | There is no current label dose; log the dose your protocol uses. | Record the dose and any change from the date it starts. |
| IGF-1 | IGF-1 is the lab most often checked with growth hormone-releasing peptides. | Upload a lab report as a photo or PDF; IGF-1 is read out and placed next to your doses. |
| Vial left | A small vial runs out quickly on a daily schedule. | Each dose comes off the vial, with run-out and order-by dates. |
There is no current FDA label for sermorelin, so no official side-effect list. Dose Track has quick picks for the side effects people on peptides log most: injection-site reaction, tiredness, headache, nausea, flushing and water retention. You can type in anything else and set how bad it was. Each shot can also carry a site reaction (redness, swelling, bruising, a lump or itching), so a sore spot is tied to the site and the vial it came from.
There is no current sermorelin label and so no official missed-dose rule; a missed evening shows as a gap in your log.
In Dose Track a missed dose stands out in your history, so you can see the gap and count from the right day.
Dose Track is a tracking app, not medical advice. It records what you and your prescriber decide; it does not recommend doses. Check any dose change with your prescriber.
