Peptide blends: units and amount of each peptide

Commonly labeled compositions · Per-10-unit charts · Research status · Reviewed

Short answer: A peptide blend is two or more peptides mixed in one vial. Every draw holds all of them in the vial's fixed ratio, so you work out the draw from one peptide and read the others off the same draw: each peptide's amount per draw is its mg in the vial ÷ mL of water × mL drawn.

Each guide below shows what the blend is commonly labeled as, how much of each peptide is in every 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe at 2, 3 and 5 mL of water, the fixed-ratio limitation, and the published research for each peptide with sources. Blend or stack?

A blend is one vial with several peptides already mixed in. It is one injection, but the ratio is locked: you cannot raise or lower one peptide on its own. A stack is the same peptides in separate vials. It takes more draws, but you choose each amount independently, and each vial is ordinary single-peptide math. Some names, like "Wolverine", are used for both.

None of the peptides in these blends is FDA approved, and we found no published human study of any of these blends as a combination. Each guide lists what is published for each peptide on its own. Nothing here is a dose recommendation; confirm anything about your own use with your prescriber.
