Dose Track reminds you to take Foundayo each day, logs every tablet, and counts the 30 in each bottle so the next strength is ready in time. Each of the six steps, from 0.8 mg to 17.2 mg, is recorded from the day it starts, next to your weight.
Per the FDA label, Foundayo starts at 0.8 mg by mouth once daily. After at least 30 days it rises to 2.5 mg, then to 5.5 mg after at least 30 more days. Based on response and tolerability, it may step to 9 mg, 14.5 mg, then 17.2 mg, each after 30+ days. The maximum is 17.2 mg daily (2.1).
| When | Dose on the label | Label note |

| At least 30 days | 0.8 mg once daily | Starting dosage |
| At least 30 days | 2.5 mg once daily | |
| At least 30 days | 5.5 mg once daily | Step reached by everyone on the label schedule |
| At least 30 days | 9 mg once daily | Optional, based on treatment response and tolerability |
| At least 30 days | 14.5 mg once daily | Optional, based on treatment response and tolerability |
| Ongoing | 17.2 mg once daily | Maximum dosage; optional, based on treatment response and tolerability |
Foundayo has more steps than any other GLP-1 here: six strengths, each for at least 30 days. With a new bottle for each step, recording the start date of each strength in Dose Track keeps both the history and the tablet count right.
Foundayo is a tablet in bottles of 30, one strength per bottle. Unlike the semaglutide tablets, its label sets no empty-stomach rule: it can be taken with or without food, at any time of day.

The label states that the incidence of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea was higher during the dosage escalation period and decreased over time (6.1). GI adverse reactions overall occurred in 60%, 68% and 69% of patients on 5.5 mg, 9 mg and 17.2 mg vs 37% on placebo (6.1). The trial data come from an investigational orforglipron formulation presented as equivalent Foundayo dosages (6.1).
Dose Track has quick picks for the side effects people on GLP-1 medicines log most: nausea, constipation, diarrhea, reflux or heartburn, tiredness, low appetite and headache. You can type in anything else, set how bad it was, and see it next to the dose step you were on.
Foundayo side effects from the FDA label
Per the label, a missed dose is taken as soon as possible, without doubling up the next dose. If 7 or more consecutive doses are missed, the label says escalation is restarted at a lower dosage to reduce the risk of gastrointestinal adverse reactions. (2.3) Missed a Foundayo dose.
A day with no logged tablet shows as missed in your history, so gaps are easy to count.
