Dose Track keeps up with the frequent injections testosterone propionate needs: a reminder on every injection day, the mL to draw for your vial, and the site of each shot, so a short-acting protocol does not wear out one spot.
There is no current FDA label for testosterone propionate injection, so there is no label schedule. It clears much faster than cypionate or enanthate: small human studies point to an effective half-life of roughly a day, which is why it is injected more often.
Set the schedule you were given (every day, every other day or every N days) and log the dose your prescriber set. The Depo-Testosterone label notes that cypionate and propionate are not interchangeable because they last different lengths of time.
Testosterone propionate is commonly supplied at 100 mg/mL as an oil solution, so nothing is mixed. With frequent small shots, the volume per injection is small, and drawing it accurately matters.

Each row is something worth writing down for testosterone propionate, why it matters for this medicine, and what Dose Track does with it.
| What to track | Why it matters | In Dose Track |
|---|---|---|
| Every injection day | A short ester means many more injections than a weekly ester. | Every-day, every-other-day or every-N-days schedules, with a reminder for each. |
| Site rotation | More injections means each site comes round again sooner. | Each shot is logged with its site; the app suggests the next one and warns if you pick one used inside your rotation window. |
| Site reactions | Short-ester oil shots are often logged for soreness at the site. | Record redness, swelling, bruising, a lump or itching with each shot. |
| Labs | Total testosterone, estradiol and hematocrit are the usual TRT labs. | Upload a lab report; values are read out and shown next to your doses. |
| mL left | Frequent shots empty a vial on a schedule that is easy to misjudge. | Each dose comes off the vial, with a run-out date and a reorder day. |
Dose Track has quick picks for what people on testosterone log most: acne, mood swings, water retention, trouble sleeping, injection-site reaction and headache. Type in anything else, set how bad it was, and it sits next to the injection and dose it followed.
With no current label, there is no official missed-dose rule for testosterone propionate. Ask your prescriber.
In Dose Track a missed dose stands out in your history, so you can see the gap and count from the right day.
Dose Track is a tracking app, not medical advice. It records what you and your prescriber decide; it does not recommend doses. Check any dose change with your prescriber.
