Dose Track is a GLP-1 tracker for iPhone and Android. It reminds you on shot day, logs each dose in one tap with its injection site, counts down what is left in your pen or vial, and keeps side effects and weight next to your doses. It works for Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound and compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide.
Most GLP-1 medicines are a weekly shot, and the dose steps up over the first months. That makes a few things easy to lose track of: which day you took it, which dose step you are on, where you injected, and how many doses are left in the pen. A GLP-1 dose log keeps all of that in one place.
Each row is something worth writing down, why it matters, and what Dose Track does with it.
| What to log | Why it matters | In Dose Track |
|---|---|---|
| Each dose | The dose changes as you step up, so the amount is worth writing down each time. | Log a shot in one tap from the reminder. A new dose is recorded from the date it starts; earlier shots keep their amounts. |
| Shot day | Most GLP-1 shots are weekly, and a late shot moves the next date. | A reminder on your day. A shot on another day asks if it is a one-off or your new day. |
| Injection site | Using the same spot every week can leave it sore. | Each shot is saved with its site, and the app suggests the next one. |
| Pens or vials | A pen holds a set number of doses, and a vial runs out at a different week depending on your dose. | Branded pens and vials count down as you log, with a run-out date and the day to order by. |
| Units to draw (vials) | Compounded vials come in different mg/mL strengths, so the same dose is a different number of units. | Save the vial strength, or how you mixed it, and each dose shows its mL and syringe units. |
| Side effects and how you feel | Seeing nausea or low appetite next to the dose shows what followed which dose step. | Quick picks for nausea, constipation, diarrhea, reflux, tiredness, low appetite and more, rated by how bad it was. |
| Weight | Many people on a GLP-1 track weight alongside their doses. | Log weight by hand or sync it from Apple Health or Health Connect. |
Each page has the schedule from the FDA label for approved brands, the pen or vial it comes in, and what is worth tracking for that medicine.
Dose Track is a tracking app, not medical advice. It records what you and your prescriber decide; it does not recommend doses. Check any dose change with your prescriber.
