Short answer: Open the Calendar from the top right of Home, tap a day, tap a dose, and choose Log Side Effects. On Track Symptoms, pick one or more symptoms, a severity, and any notes, then tap Save. Past entries are under the history icon.
Steps
- Open the CalendarOn Home, tap the Calendar icon at the top right and tap the day of the dose.
- Choose the doseTap the dose, then Log Side Effects (Track reactions from this dose). The date is set to that day.
- Check the dateTap Date if you want a different day.
- Pick symptomsTap one or more symptoms. They are grouped as Common, Mental, Physical, Sexual and Skin. For one that is not listed, tap Add Other... and type it.
- Set the severityUnder SEVERITY, pick None, Mild, Moderate, Severe or Life-Threatening.
- Add notes and saveType any details under EXTRA NOTES and tap Save. Save stays grey until you pick at least one symptom.
Seeing and deleting past entries
On Track Symptoms, tap the history icon at the top to open Side Effects History, grouped by day. Tap + there to log a new entry. To remove one, tap the three-dot menu on it and choose Delete.
If you pick several symptoms at once, each is saved as its own entry with the same severity and notes. Days with a side effect get an extra dot in the Calendar.
When to get help
Logging a reaction does not tell anyone about it. If a reaction feels severe, get medical help first and log it later. For an
injection site reaction that worries you, contact your clinician.

Can I log a side effect without a dose?+
Yes. Open Side Effects History from the history icon on Track Symptoms and tap + to log one for any day.
Does logging a side effect change the dose?+
No. The dose stays as it was. The side effect is saved as its own entry.
How do I delete a side effect?+
Open Side Effects History, tap the three-dot menu on the entry, choose Delete and confirm.
