How to upload lab results

Dose Track for iPhone and Android · Updated

Short answer: Tap the round Dashboard button, open Labs, and tap the + button. Pick a photo, image or PDF of your results and tap Analyze. Check the markers the AI read, fix any mistakes, and tap Add labs.

Before you start: Your first upload is free. More uploads, and the Insights tab, need Pro.

Steps

  1. Open LabsTap the round Dashboard button next to the bottom tabs, then Labs under Tools. You can also tap Lab history in the Labs part of the Tracker tab.
  2. Start an uploadTap the + button (Upload labs) at the top. On an empty Labs page, tap Upload Labs.
  3. Choose the fileTap Select Lab Result and choose Camera, Gallery or Document. Documents can be PDF, JPG or PNG.
  4. AnalyzeTap Analyze. Reading the report can take a minute or so, and it keeps going if you leave the screen.
  5. Review and addOn Review Extraction, tap any biomarker name, value or unit to fix it. Then tap Add labs.

After you upload

Labs has three tabs. Biomarkers lists every marker, with filters for Attention and On target and a search box. Trends shows how markers change across uploads. Insights is the Pro summary.

Who reads the file

The document is sent over an encrypted connection to Dose Track's server, which uses Google Gemini to read the markers. Per Dose Track's support page, it is processed for that request and not stored or used to train models. The results you add are saved on your phone.

The AI can misread a value or unit, so check the review screen against your paper report. Lab results are not a diagnosis; talk to your clinician about them.
