Short answer: Dose Track estimates when each medication runs out from your vials and logged doses. Set where you buy it and how many days that place takes to arrive, and it tells you the day to order by: the run-out day, minus the arrival days, minus a cushion (5 days unless you change it).
Before you start: Add your vials in Inventory and log a few doses. The run-out date needs at least 3 logged doses over a week.
Steps
- Open the medication's refill cardIn the Tracker tab, tap Details on a vial. The card at the top shows Runs out around a date and the days left.
- Set where you buy itTap Bought from and pick a place, or add one. A place has a name and Arrives in about a number of days. Use 0 if you pick it up the same day.
- Turn on the reminderTurn on Remind me to reorder. The card then shows Order by a date, or Order now if that day has passed.
- Mark the orderWhen you order, tap I ordered it. The card shows when it is expected. When it comes, tap It arrived to add it to your stock.
- Adjust the cushionGo to Profile, tap Settings, then Notifications. Under inventory alerts, keep Order reminders on and set Order early by. Places you buy from lists your places.
Other inventory alerts
The same Notifications page has Low stock warnings (when your open vial is almost empty) and Expiration reminders (when a vial is about to expire, or an open bottle of BAC water reaches its limit). Supplies you track can have their own Remind me to reorder switch.
Why there is no run-out date
- Log at least 3 doses over a week: Dose Track needs a few doses to learn how fast you use the vial.
- Paused, so no run-out date: the medication is paused.
- Enough to finish: your stock covers the rest of the protocol.
- Over 3 months left: the date is too far out to show.
If your orders keep arriving faster or slower than you set, Dose Track may offer to change that place's arrival time.

Reorder reminders are free for 1 medication. Pro gets them for all your medications.
How is the order-by date worked out?+

Can I add more than one place?+
Yes. Add places in Supplies & refills under the Places tab, each with its own arrival time, and pick one for each medication.
