Testosterone propionate is testosterone attached to a short propionate ester and dissolved in oil. It clears faster than cypionate or enanthate, so it is usually injected more often.
Also known as: Test P.
Testosterone propionate is commonly supplied at 100 mg/mL. It is already a solution, so there is nothing to mix.
Testosterone propionate is already a solution, so there is no mixing. The only math is turning an amount in mg into a volume. Here it is at 100 mg/mL for 50 mg.
50 mg ÷ 100 mg/mL = 0.5 mL0.5 mL × 100 = 50 units| Amount | Volume | U-100 syringe |
|---|---|---|
| 25 mg | 0.25 mL | 25 units |
| 50 mg | 0.5 mL | 50 units |
| 75 mg | 0.75 mL | 75 units |
| 100 mg | 1 mL | 100 units |
There is no current FDA label for testosterone propionate injection. Small human studies of injection into muscle in oil point to an effective half-life of roughly 1 day: testosterone stayed above the lower limit of normal for 1 day after 25 mg and 2 days after 50 mg (Nieschlag 1976), and were back to baseline within 4 days after 100 mg (Anderson 1993). This is how long the oil depot keeps releasing, not how fast the body clears testosterone itself. No study reports a measured time to peak; testosterone was highest at the 8-hour sample in one study, and the ester stayed level from 3 to 36 hours in another (Fujioka 1986), so we do not list a single number.
Numbers shown are the values Dose Track uses, listed only where they agree with the source above. Half-life varies from person to person and with injection site.
