How to cancel Dose Track Pro

Short answer: Pro is billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel it with them, not inside Dose Track. On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: the Google Play subscriptions page. Deleting the app or your Dose Track account does not cancel it.

Steps

  1. iPhone: open SubscriptionsOpen the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  2. iPhone: cancelTap Dose Track, then Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll). If there is no cancel button, it is already cancelled.
  3. Android: open Play subscriptionsGo to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions and sign in to the Google account that pays for Pro.
  4. Android: cancelSelect Dose Track, tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.

Things that do not cancel Pro

  • Deleting the app. Google says plainly that uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. The same goes for iPhone: the subscription lives in your Apple account and only cancelling it there stops it.
  • Deleting your Dose Track account. The app warns you about this and offers a Manage subscription button that opens your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

After you cancel

Google says you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. On iPhone, Apple suggests cancelling at least 24 hours before a free trial ends if you do not want it to renew.

When Pro ends, automatic backup stops. Your last backup is kept for 90 days and you can restore it for free until then. Everything on your phone stays.

Can I cancel Pro inside the Dose Track app?+
