Before you start: You need one or more CSV files from your old app. Other formats are not supported yet. The import is for medication, dose and wellness data. Lab results go through the Labs page instead.

What happens to your files

Your CSV files are sent to the Dose Track server, where an AI model reads the columns and works out which are dates, medications and doses. The files are encrypted on the server and deleted within 24 hours. Tapping Cancel Import deletes them right away.

If something looks wrong on the review screen, use Report a Problem to describe it and Re-analyze.

If your old app cannot export

Use Backfill Data on the same Data Management page. It rebuilds your past doses from a few questions instead of a file.
