Your name in the Hub
Posts show the display name you type in the Identity box (an alias or nickname). It is filled in from your profile name if you set one. Other members never see your email or account details.
There is no anonymous posting. Every post carries a display name so people can be blocked and moderated.
Be careful with photos. A picture of a vial label, lab report or prescription can show more than you meant to share.
Community guidelines
Tap the More menu at the top of the Hub, then Community guidelines. In short: be respectful, no spam or abuse, share honest experience, no selling or promoting, and nothing posted is medical advice.
To have your Hub posts removed, email hello@dosetrack.app.
The off-app community chat
There is also a community chat outside the app. Join it at dosetrack.app/community, or from More › Telegram community in the Hub. The Dose Track Hub row in Settings opens the same link.
Can I post anonymously in the Hub?+
No. Posts always show the display name you choose, which can be a nickname. Your email and account details are never shown.
How do I report a post?+
Long-press the post or message and tap Report, then say what is wrong. You also stop seeing posts from that person.
Does joining the Hub share my health records?+
No. Only what you choose to post is sent. Your doses and labs stay on your phone.
