Short answer: Keep Wegovy pens in the fridge at 36-46°F (2-8°C). A single-dose pen or syringe may be kept at 46-86°F (8-30°C) for up to 28 days before the cap comes off. A FlexTouch pen lasts 56 days after first use. Throw away any Wegovy that froze or went above 86°F (30°C). Tablets stay at room temperature in their bottle.

Section 16 also says: “Do not store WEGOVY in the freezer or directly adjacent to the refrigerator cooling element” and keep it in the original carton to protect it from light.
Single-dose pen or syringe: “If needed, prior to the pen or syringe cap removal, the pen can be kept from 8°C to 30°C (46°F to 86°F) up to 28 days” (section 16). The Medication Guide says to throw it away if it “has been out of the refrigerator for 28 days or longer.” The prefilled syringe Instructions for Use say to record the date it was removed from the fridge.
FlexTouch: after first use it “can be stored for 56 days between 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F) or in a refrigerator” (section 16). One FlexTouch Instructions for Use states the room range after first use as 68-77°F (20-25°C); both say 56 days and both say throw it away above 86°F (30°C).

The Medication Guide is direct: throw away the single-dose pen or syringe “if it has been frozen, has been exposed to light or temperatures above 86°F (30°C), has been out of the refrigerator for 28 days or longer, or after use.” The FlexTouch has the same rule with 56 days.
The pen Instructions for Use add: keep the cap on until you are ready to inject. A pen stored without its cap, or with the cap pulled off and put back on, is no longer sterile.
Single-dose Wegovy pens can travel unrefrigerated for up to 28 days at 46-86°F (8-30°C) in their carton. Note the date you took them out of the fridge, because the 28 days do not reset if you put a pen back.
