Short answer: Tap the bell icon at the top right of Home. Notifications has three tabs. Today lists what is due today, Upcoming shows scheduled doses for the next 7 days, and Reminders collects refill alerts, health checks and insights. Tap Mark all to clear the new count.

Steps

  2. Check todayThe Today tab starts with a Daily Summary, then lists Medications and Supplements due today.
  3. Look aheadThe Upcoming tab lists scheduled doses for the next 7 days.
  4. Read remindersThe Reminders tab groups items under Inventory (for example Low Stock or Refill Needed), Health Checks (such as the Weekly Check-in) and Insights.
  5. Act on an itemTap an item to mark it read. Some items open a screen, for example a refill alert opens the sheet to add a vial, and a check-in reminder opens the check-in.
  6. Clear the countTap Mark all at the top to mark every new item as read. The header then says "You're all caught up".

What's New

The sparkle icon next to Mark all (What's New) opens the list of changes in your version of the app.

Inbox vs phone notifications

The inbox is a list inside the app, separate from the alerts on your lock screen. To get alerts on your lock screen, set up reminders and allow notifications; see setting up reminders. If alerts do not arrive, see reminders not firing.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the Reminders tab empty?+
It only fills when there is something to act on, such as low stock, a refill to order, a check-in due or a new insight. Empty means you are all caught up.
Does Mark all delete anything?+
No. It only marks items as read so the count on the bell goes away.
