Dose Track vs Pep AI (2026): GLP-1 & Peptide Trackers

Dose Track vs Pep AI

A side-by-side look at two GLP-1 and peptide trackers: features, platforms, price and where your data lives.

Pep AI (by Zode Development LLC) is a GLP-1 and peptide tracker with a strong focus on the day-to-day of a GLP-1 routine: shots, food, protein, water, side effects, sleep and weight. Dose Track is built around running several compounds at once, with blends, vial supply and site rotation. They overlap on dose logging and reminders, and differ on most of the rest.

Transparency note: Dose Track publishes this comparison. Everything about Pep AI below comes from its own App Store listing, Google Play listing and website, as of October 22, 2026, linked under Sources. Apps change quickly, so check its current listing before deciding.

The short answer

If you are on a GLP-1 and want one app for shots, meals, protein, water and side effects, with an Apple Watch app and widgets, Pep AI fits that well. If you run a stack of several compounds or blends and care most about vial supply and site rotation, with your records kept on your phone, Dose Track is the closer fit.

Where Pep AI is strong

Pep AI covers a lot of a GLP-1 day in one place. Beyond logging shots and rotating sites on a body map, it tracks calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and water, with saved meals and photo meal scans for estimated macros. You can log side effects with timing and severity and see them next to your dose history, along with mood, energy and sleep.

It is also well built for the iPhone itself: Home Screen widgets, Live Activities and an Apple Watch app, plus Apple Health sync. It can make a PDF report to bring to your doctor, and it has community groups and an in-app assistant (Arlo) for general questions. It has about 3,960 ratings on the App Store averaging 4.7 (as of October 22, 2026).

Where Dose Track is different

Dose Track is built for people running several compounds at the same time: peptides, TRT, GLP-1s and supplements, each with its own schedule, in one place. Blends are handled as blends: when you log a shot from a vial with two or three compounds in it, each compound is recorded and each one's supply goes down.

Vials are tracked one by one. Every draw you log comes off what is left in that vial, and the app warns you before a vial runs out, with a reorder reminder if you tell it where you buy from. Injection sites are tracked per shot so you can rotate them.

For reconstitution, the math works in both directions: from vial size and water to units on the syringe, or from the dose you want back to how much water to add. It's in the app and free on the web at dosetrack.app. Dose Track records what you enter and does not recommend doses.

Your records stay on your phone by default. You do not need an account to use it. If you want a backup, it is encrypted with your password before it leaves the phone, so the copy on our server cannot be read without it.

What they both do well

Both apps run on iPhone and Android, keep a separate schedule and reminder for each medication, rotate injection sites, keep track of vials and weight, and have an in-app assistant and community. Neither gives medical advice or tells you what dose to take.

Where your data lives

Pep AI says your data is stored securely, synced to your account and not sold. Its App Store privacy label lists identifiers (such as a device ID) as data that may be used to track you across other companies' apps and websites. Dose Track keeps records on your phone unless you turn on the encrypted backup.

Pick Pep AI instead if…

  • Food and protein matter as much as the shot. On a GLP-1, hitting protein and water targets is a big part of the routine. Pep AI logs meals and macros; Dose Track does not have a food log.
  • You want it on your wrist. Pep AI has an Apple Watch app, widgets and Live Activities.
  • You want a report for your doctor. Pep AI makes a PDF summary to review with your provider.
  • You track one GLP-1 and its side effects. That is the routine Pep AI is designed around.
