Dose Track vs Regimen (2026): Peptide, TRT & GLP-1 Apps

Dose Track vs Regimen

A side-by-side look at two trackers for peptides, TRT and GLP-1s: features, platforms, price and where your data lives.

Regimen (by Awaken Labs LLC) and Dose Track both track peptides, TRT, HRT and GLP-1s in one app, on iPhone and Android. Regimen puts a lot into connecting your doses to how you feel: daily check-ins, Apple Health data and lab results on the same charts. Dose Track puts more into the supply side: blends, vials and run-out warnings, with records kept on your phone.

Transparency note: Dose Track publishes this comparison. Everything about Regimen below comes from its own App Store listing, Google Play listing and website, as of October 22, 2026, linked under Sources. Apps change quickly, so check its current listing before deciding.

The short answer

If you want to see how your weight, sleep, labs and daily check-ins move with your doses, and want four calculators inside the iPhone app, Regimen does that well. If you run blends or a bigger stack and care most about vial supply, run-out warnings and site rotation, with records kept on your phone, Dose Track is the closer fit.

Where Regimen is strong

Regimen is built to show what is changing. You can track 50+ daily markers (energy, mood, sleep, libido, side effects, joint pain and more), sync weight, body fat, sleep, resting heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen from Apple Health, and log every bloodwork draw, then put any compound on the same chart. Its site shows written notes about what changed after a dose change.

It has a 200+ compound library and four calculators in the app: reconstitution, a reverse calculator, an oil-based mL calculator for testosterone, and a nasal spray calculator. Schedules cover titration steps and on/off cycles with reminders. You can import your history from another app by CSV and export your data. It has about 530 ratings on the App Store averaging 4.8 (as of October 22, 2026), and the longest free trial of the four apps we looked at: 14 days.

Where Dose Track is different

Dose Track is built for people running several compounds at the same time: peptides, TRT, GLP-1s and supplements, each with its own schedule, in one place. Blends are handled as blends: when you log a shot from a vial with two or three compounds in it, each compound is recorded and each one's supply goes down.

Vials are tracked one by one. Every draw you log comes off what is left in that vial, and the app warns you before a vial runs out, with a reorder reminder if you tell it where you buy from. Injection sites are tracked per shot so you can rotate them.

For reconstitution, the math works in both directions: from vial size and water to units on the syringe, or from the dose you want back to how much water to add. It's in the app and free on the web at dosetrack.app. Dose Track records what you enter and does not recommend doses.

Your records stay on your phone by default. You do not need an account to use it. If you want a backup, it is encrypted with your password before it leaves the phone, so the copy on our server cannot be read without it.

What they both do well

Both cover peptides, TRT, HRT and GLP-1s in one app on iPhone and Android, with a built-in compound library, flexible schedules, injection-site tracking, vial tracking with low-stock warnings, weight and progress, and bloodwork. Neither gives medical advice.

The split is about focus. Regimen leans toward how your body responds. Dose Track leans toward running the stack: blends, vials and sites, with your records on the phone.

Where your data lives

Regimen says your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, synced across your devices, and never sold. Syncing across devices means a copy is kept on its servers. Its App Store privacy label lists health data, email, name and photos as linked to you, for app functionality. Dose Track keeps records on your phone unless you turn on the encrypted backup.

Pick Regimen instead if…

  • You want to see your body respond. Daily check-ins, Apple Health data and labs on the same chart as your doses is what Regimen is built around.
  • You use oils or nasal sprays. Regimen has a TRT oil mL calculator and a nasal spray calculator in the app.
  • You are moving from another app. It imports history from a CSV file.
  • You track one compound. Regimen is free for one compound with no time limit.

The verdict
