MeAgain (by Dots Future Technologies) is a GLP-1 companion app. It logs shots and pills for Zepbound, Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Foundayo and compounded GLP-1s, and puts a lot of its weight on food: photo, barcode and voice meal logging, protein, fiber and water. Dose Track is a dose tracker for people who run more than one medication, with vials, blends and bloodwork in the same place.
Transparency note: Dose Track publishes this comparison. Everything about MeAgain below comes from its own App Store listing, Google Play listing and website, checked October 31, 2026 and linked under Sources. Apps change quickly, so check its current listing before deciding.
Dose Track is the better pick for most people. It logs GLP-1 shots and pills with site rotation, side effects and estimated levels, and adds TRT, peptides and supplements, vial and pen supply, a reconstitution calculator, research pages for 428 compounds and lab results next to your doses. MeAgain is worth a look for the extras listed further down.

MeAgain covers the daily side of a GLP-1 routine well. Meals can be logged from a photo, a barcode, your voice or a search, with protein, fiber and water alongside, which matters when appetite drops and hitting protein gets hard. It also logs side effects with a severity score, weight and progress photos, and shows estimated medication levels between doses.
It has an AI companion called Capy, home screen widgets, and works with both Apple Health and Health Connect. It has about 39,500 App Store ratings averaging 4.8 and 50,000+ installs on Google Play (October 31, 2026).
Dose Track is built for people running several medications at once: a GLP-1 next to testosterone, a peptide, or supplements, each with its own schedule and its own estimated level. Blends are logged as blends, so each compound in the vial is recorded and counted.
Vials and pens are tracked one by one. Each dose you log comes off what is left, and the app warns you before you run out. If you mix anything from powder, the reconstitution calculator works out the water and the units to draw, in the app and free on the web.
Bloodwork goes in as a lab PDF; Dose Track pulls out the markers and keeps them visit over visit, next to what you were taking at the time. Dose Track records what you enter and does not recommend doses.
Research is built in. Of the 800+ medications and supplements, 428 have a research page: how the compound works, its safety, FDA status and references, and for most, the doses studied in research. Guides, an interaction checker and 650+ free compound pages on dosetrack.app sit alongside. None of it is a dose recommendation.
Both apps run on iPhone and Android, log GLP-1 doses with injection sites and side effects, show an estimated medication level, track weight, send reminders, and work with Apple Health and Health Connect. Neither tells you what dose to take.
MeAgain's App Store privacy label lists health and fitness data, contact info and usage data as linked to you, and lists identifiers and usage data as used to track you. Dose Track keeps records on your phone unless you turn on the encrypted backup, which only your password opens.
