Glowise (by VOCALBEATS.AI) is a calorie and nutrition app first, with GLP-1 dose tracking on top: Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus and orforglipron, with reminders and an estimated level chart. Dose Track is built around the medications themselves, for people running more than one.
Transparency note: Dose Track publishes this comparison. Everything about Glowise below comes from its own App Store listing, Google Play listing and website, checked October 31, 2026 and linked under Sources. Apps change quickly, so check its current listing before deciding.

Glowise is strong on food. You can log calories and macros by voice, photo, barcode or nutrition-label scan, scan a restaurant menu, and follow 7-day meal plans drawn from more than 8,000 recipes. Weight, BMI, water and workouts are tracked too.
On the medication side it covers GLP-1 doses and reminders, side effects, and an estimated medication level chart. It works with Apple Health and Health Connect, and has about 6,700 App Store ratings averaging 4.8 (October 31, 2026).
Dose Track starts from the medications. GLP-1s, testosterone, peptides and supplements each get their own schedule and estimated level, from a library of 800+ medications and supplements, and blends are logged compound by compound.
Injection sites are tracked per shot so you can rotate them. Vials and pens count down as you log, with a warning before you run out, and the reconstitution calculator handles anything you mix.
Bloodwork goes in as a lab PDF and the markers stay next to your dose history. Dose Track records what you enter and does not recommend doses.
Research is built in. Of the 800+ medications and supplements, 428 have a research page: how the compound works, its safety, FDA status and references, and for most, the doses studied in research. Guides, an interaction checker and 650+ free compound pages on dosetrack.app sit alongside. None of it is a dose recommendation.
Both apps run on iPhone and Android, log GLP-1 doses with reminders and side effects, show an estimated level, track weight, and work with Apple Health and Health Connect. Neither tells you what dose to take.
Glowise's App Store privacy label lists health and fitness data, contact info, identifiers and usage data as linked to you, and identifiers as used to track you. Dose Track keeps records on your phone unless you turn on the encrypted backup, which only your password opens.
