Glapp (by Glapp, Inc.) is a GLP-1 tracker for semaglutide and tirzepatide, and its site also lists retatrutide. It logs shots, rotates sites, keeps track of pens and vials, and turns the estimated level curve into "shot phases" for the week. Dose Track overlaps on most of that, and adds testosterone, peptides, blends and bloodwork.
Transparency note: Dose Track publishes this comparison. Everything about Glapp below comes from its own App Store listing, Google Play listing and website, checked October 31, 2026 and linked under Sources. Apps change quickly, so check its current listing before deciding.
Dose Track is the better pick for most people. It covers GLP-1 shots with estimated levels, site rotation, side effects and vial supply, and adds TRT, peptides and supplements, blends, research pages for 428 compounds, lab results next to your doses and records kept on your phone. Glapp is worth a look for the extras listed further down.

Glapp covers a lot of the GLP-1 routine. Its FAQ lists logging, the level chart, shot phases, reminders and supply tracking, along with weekly reports, milestones and goal predictions. Shot phases translate the level curve into what the week may feel like, which is easier to read than a raw chart.
Its supply tracking is solid: pens and vials with concentration, volume and beyond-use dates, each dose deducted automatically, and a warning before you run out. It runs on iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac, Android and in a browser, in six languages. It has about 1,040 App Store ratings averaging 4.8 (October 31, 2026).
Dose Track is built for people whose list does not stop at one GLP-1. Testosterone, peptides and supplements sit on the same timeline, each with its own schedule and estimated level, from a library of 800+ medications and supplements.
Blends are logged as blends, so every compound in a vial is recorded and its supply goes down. The reconstitution calculator works for any compound you mix, in both directions.
Bloodwork goes in as a lab PDF and the markers are kept visit over visit, next to what you were taking. Your records stay on your phone by default; you do not need an account. Dose Track records what you enter and does not recommend doses.
Research is built in. Of the 800+ medications and supplements, 428 have a research page: how the compound works, its safety, FDA status and references, and for most, the doses studied in research. Guides, an interaction checker and 650+ free compound pages on dosetrack.app sit alongside. None of it is a dose recommendation.
Both apps run on iPhone and Android, log GLP-1 shots with sites and side effects, show an estimated level, track pens and vials with run-out warnings, have mixing calculators, and work with Apple Health and Health Connect. Neither tells you what dose to take.
Glapp uses an account with encrypted syncing. Its App Store privacy label lists health and fitness data, contact info, identifiers and usage data as linked to you, and declares no tracking. Dose Track keeps records on your phone unless you turn on the encrypted backup, which only your password opens.
