Dose Track vs Peptide Tracker Log & Reminder (2026)

Dose Track vs Peptide Tracker Log & Reminder

A side-by-side look at Dose Track and the free Peptide Tracker app from Flat Six Labs: features, platforms, price and where your data lives.

Peptide Tracker Log & Reminder (by Flat Six Labs LLC, at peptidetracker.ai) is a peptide and GLP-1 tracker for iPhone, Android and the web. It is a different app from Peptide Tracker & Calculator, which has its own comparison page. It does a lot of what Dose Track does, including stacks, blends and vials, and it is free. The real differences are where your data lives, bloodwork, and the web app.

Transparency note: Dose Track publishes this comparison. Everything about Peptide Tracker Log & Reminder below comes from its own App Store listing, Google Play listing and website, as of October 22, 2026, linked under Sources. Apps change quickly, so check its current listing before deciding.

The short answer

If you want a full tracker at no cost, or want to log doses from a laptop as well as your phone, Peptide Tracker is hard to argue with. If you want your records kept on your phone without an account, with bloodwork PDFs read into the same app, Dose Track is the closer fit.

Where Peptide Tracker is strong

Peptide Tracker is free, with no subscription and no paywall; the only purchases in its App Store listing are optional "Founding Member" and tip payments. For a free app it covers a lot: stacks with custom doses and schedules (including on/off and titration), mixed and unmixed vials, blend components, bacteriostatic water and other supplies, with inventory updating when you correct a dose.

It has calculators for reconstitution, syringe units, premixed blends and half-life, plus symptom tracking, weight, progress photos with alignment tools, Apple Health and Health Connect, an AI chat, free courses, and a "Connect" community. It also has a web app, so you can log doses and manage inventory from a browser on the same account. It has about 2,680 ratings on the App Store averaging 4.9 (as of October 22, 2026).

Where Dose Track is different

Dose Track is built for people running several compounds at the same time: peptides, TRT, GLP-1s and supplements, each with its own schedule, in one place. Blends are handled as blends: when you log a shot from a vial with two or three compounds in it, each compound is recorded and each one's supply goes down.

Vials are tracked one by one. Every draw you log comes off what is left in that vial, and the app warns you before a vial runs out, with a reorder reminder if you tell it where you buy from. Injection sites are tracked per shot so you can rotate them.

For reconstitution, the math works in both directions: from vial size and water to units on the syringe, or from the dose you want back to how much water to add. It's in the app and free on the web at dosetrack.app. Dose Track records what you enter and does not recommend doses.

Your records stay on your phone by default. You do not need an account to use it. If you want a backup, it is encrypted with your password before it leaves the phone, so the copy on our server cannot be read without it.

What they both do well

These two cover much of the same ground: several compounds at once, blends, vial and supply tracking, site rotation, reminders, weight and an AI chat, on iPhone and Android. Neither gives medical advice. The difference is less about features and more about the trade each one makes.

Peptide Tracker keeps your data in an account so the same records show up on your phone and in a browser. That is a fair trade for web access. Dose Track makes the other trade: records stay on your phone, no account is needed, and the optional backup is encrypted with your password, which is also why there is no web version.

Where your data lives

Peptide Tracker uses an account that works across iPhone, Android and the web, so your records are kept on its servers. Its App Store privacy label lists health and fitness data, email and identifiers as linked to you, for app functionality and analytics. It says you can export your data by emailing them and delete your account in the app.

Pick Peptide Tracker instead if…

  • You do not want to pay. Peptide Tracker is free. Dose Track has a free tier, but unlimited medications and some tools are on Pro.
  • You want a web app. Peptide Tracker works in a browser on the same account. Dose Track is phone only.
  • You like structured community answers. Its Connect section is organized around the compounds you take.
