Short answer: Tap the round Dashboard button at the bottom of the screen and choose Results. It has three tabs. Outcomes shows dose totals, compliance and weight progress per compound. Body holds measurements and progress photos. Hormones shows results pulled from your Labs.

Steps

  2. Check OutcomesOn Outcomes, pick a compound or All Compounds from the pills. You see Total Doses, Compliance, Current Dose and Weight Progress.
  3. Log body measurementsOn Body, tap + next to Key Indicators, or next to Growth to add measurements such as neck size. They are saved to today's log.
  4. Add progress photosUnder Visual Journey, tap + or the camera icon, then Take Photo or Choose from Library. Tap See all for the full gallery.
  5. Look at hormonesOn Hormones, the app shows your testosterone and estradiol from your latest lab panel. With no labs yet, tap Add labs.
  6. Ask about your progressTap Ask on the short summary line under the title to open Pulse with a question about your progress.
  7. See milestonesTap the trophy icon at the top right to open Milestones.

If a tab is empty

Outcomes needs an active protocol. Without one it says No active medications. Weight Progress needs weight entries; see tracking weight. Hormones needs at least one lab panel; see uploading labs.

Locking your photo gallery

Next to Visual Journey there is a lock icon (Lock gallery). Locking the gallery is a Pro feature. Without Pro, tapping it opens the Pro screen.
