How to customize the widgets on Home

Dose Track for iPhone and Android · Updated

Short answer: Scroll to the bottom of Home and tap Customize home. Under HOME WIDGETS, tap Add a widget to pin one, drag rows to reorder, and tap a row to change its size and which details it shows. These are widgets inside the app, on its Home tab.

Steps

  1. Open CustomizeTap Customize home at the bottom of the Home tab. The same button is at the bottom of the Profile tab.
  2. Add a widgetUnder HOME WIDGETS, tap Add a widget and pick one from AVAILABLE, such as Next Dose, Last Dose, Streak, Supplies, Latest Labs or Weekly Compliance.
  3. ReorderIn Your home widgets, drag a row up or down. Home shows them in that order.
  4. Change size and lookTap a row to open its settings. Under Size, pick Condensed, Standard or Expanded. You can also change its Color, Style and Corners.
  5. Pick the detailsUnder Fields, choose exactly which details the widget shows. For Next Dose that includes When it's due, Dose amount and Log button. Tap Reset to go back to the default fields, then Done.
  6. Remove a widgetTap the minus next to a row to take it off Home.

The three sizes

Condensed widgets take half the width, so two sit side by side. Standard and Expanded take the full width; Expanded adds more detail where the widget has it. Some details are only shown at certain sizes. Those fields say Not available at this size and tell you which size to switch to.

Starting over

Reset to defaults at the bottom of Customize restores the default cover color and bottom bar layout. Your pinned widgets, theme and profile info stay as they are.
