MyTherapy (by smartpatient) is a medication reminder: a daily checklist of pills, injections, vitamins and supplements, with a symptom diary, health measurements and stock counting. Dose Track is built for injectable medications such as GLP-1s, testosterone and peptides, with estimated levels, vials and bloodwork.
Transparency note: Dose Track publishes this comparison. Everything about MyTherapy below comes from its own App Store listing, Google Play listing and website, checked October 31, 2026 and linked under Sources. Apps change quickly, so check its current listing before deciding.
Dose Track is the better pick for most people: reminders, estimated levels, site rotation, vial supply, mixing math, a daily check-in, side effects, research pages for 428 compounds and lab results next to your doses. MyTherapy is worth a look for the extras listed further down.

MyTherapy handles pills, injections, vitamins and supplements in one daily checklist, tracks injection sites, counts your stock and reminds you before you run low. A symptom and pain diary and 20+ measurements, such as blood pressure and glucose, sit alongside, with reports to take to your doctor.
It is available in 32 languages with family profiles, and has about 8,600 App Store ratings averaging 4.8 and 5 million+ installs on Google Play (October 31, 2026).
Dose Track knows the medications it tracks. Its library of 800+ medications and supplements carries half-life data, so each dose shows on an estimated level chart, which helps with weekly GLP-1s and testosterone esters where the day you dose is not the day you peak.
Vials and pens count down by the dose, including blends logged compound by compound, and the reconstitution calculator works out the water and units for anything you mix.
Bloodwork goes in as a lab PDF, and markers stay next to your dose history. Dose Track records what you enter and does not recommend doses.
Research is built in. Of the 800+ medications and supplements, 428 have a research page: how the compound works, its safety, FDA status and references, and for most, the doses studied in research. Guides, an interaction checker and 650+ free compound pages on dosetrack.app sit alongside. None of it is a dose recommendation.
Both apps send reminders, track injection sites, warn you before you run out, track weight, and run on iPhone and Android. Neither tells you what dose to take.
MyTherapy's App Store privacy label lists the data it collects as not linked to you, and lists identifiers as used to track you; the app shows ads. Dose Track has no ads and keeps records on your phone unless you turn on the encrypted backup, which only your password opens.
