Short answer: Keep Praluent and Repatha in the fridge at 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C), in the carton, not frozen or shaken. Either may be kept at room temperature for 30 days, then thrown away: Praluent up to 77°F (25°C), Repatha at 68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C). Leqvio is stored at 68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C) and is given by a healthcare professional.

The room-temperature ranges are not the same. Praluent gives only an upper limit, “up to 77°F (25°C)”. Repatha gives a range, “68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C)”. Neither label gives a figure for a pen kept above 77°F.
Section 16: “Store in a refrigerator at 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C) in the original carton to protect from light. Do not freeze. Do not shake. PRALUENT may be kept at room temperature up to 77°F (25°C) in the original carton for 30 days. If not used within the 30 days, discard PRALUENT.”
Instructions for Use (75 mg/mL and 150 mg/mL pens, same text): “If needed, PRALUENT may be kept at room temperature up to 77°F (25°C) for 30 days in the original carton to protect from light. Do not store above 77°F (25°C).” “After PRALUENT is removed from the refrigerator it must be used within 30 days or thrown away.”
Section 16: “Store refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) in the original carton to protect from light. Do not freeze. Do not shake.” “REPATHA prefilled single-dose pen, prefilled single-dose SureClick® autoinjector, or prefilled single-dose syringe may also be kept at room temperature at 68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C) in the original carton for 30 days. If not used within the 30 days, discard REPATHA.”
Patient Information: “Throw away REPATHA that has been stored at room temperature for more than 30 days.” The SureClick Instructions for Use add: “For example, when you are traveling, you may keep REPATHA at room temperature.” “Record the date you removed it from the refrigerator and use it within 30 days.”
Section 16: “Store LEQVIO at controlled room temperature 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F) with allowable excursions between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F) [see USP, Controlled Room Temperature (CRT)].” That is the whole storage text. Leqvio has no patient leaflet, and its Instructions for Use say they are “intended for healthcare professionals only.” They add: do not use the syringe if the carton or tray seals are broken, or after the expiration date.
See controlled room temperature. Dosing: Praluent, Repatha and Leqvio. Missed a dose: Praluent, Repatha and Leqvio. Side effects: Praluent, Repatha and Leqvio.
Praluent and Repatha can travel at room temperature within their 30 days, in the carton: Praluent up to 77°F (25°C), Repatha at 68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C). Write down the day it left the fridge. Leqvio is given in the clinic, so you do not carry it.
