Section 2.4 of the Wegovy prescribing information says that if one injection is missed and the next scheduled dose is more than 2 days (48 hours) away, take the missed injection as soon as possible. Then keep your regular weekly day.
Example: your day is Monday and you remember on Thursday. Monday is 4 days away, so under the label you would inject Thursday and again on Monday.
