Short answer: All four section 16 texts say store at 25°C (77°F) with excursions to 59° to 86°F, keep the container tightly closed and protect from moisture and humidity; Actos adds light. The Medication Guides say 68°F to 77°F instead. The Actos, Actoplus Met and Duetact guides add: keep it in the original container away from light. None gives a fridge instruction.
Actos is pioglitazone. Oseni adds alogliptin, Actoplus Met adds metformin, and Duetact adds glimepiride. All four are Takeda labels, and all four word the temperature differently in section 16 and in the Medication Guide.

It depends on the label and on which part you read. Actos says so in both places. Section 16: “Keep container tightly closed, and protect from light, moisture and humidity.” Medication Guide: “Keep ACTOS in the original container and protect from light.”
Actoplus Met and Duetact mention light only in the Medication Guide. Actoplus Met: “Keep ACTOPLUS MET in the original container and protect from light.” Duetact: “Keep DUETACT in the original container to protect from light.” Their section 16 text covers moisture and humidity but not light.
Oseni does not mention light anywhere. Its section 16 and Medication Guide both say “Keep container tightly closed and protect from moisture and humidity.” Keeping any of the four in the closed pharmacy bottle covers every line above.
Section 16 of each label says “Store at 25°C (77°F)” with excursions permitted to 15°C to 30°C, printed as “15-30°C (59-86°F)” on Actos, “15°-30°C (59°-86°F)” on Actoplus Met and “15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F)” on Oseni and Duetact. The Medication Guides say 68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C) and give no excursion range. Both are shown as printed.

No ice pack is needed. Keep tablets in the closed original bottle in your carry-on, within 59°F to 86°F (15°C to 30°C), out of a hot car and out of a steamy bathroom.
