Short answer: Store Vyleesi autoinjectors at or below 77°F (25°C). Do not freeze them, and protect them from light. There is no fridge requirement. Each autoinjector is single-dose: once the cap is removed, use it or throw it away. Do not use it if the solution is cloudy, discolored or has particles. Source: Vyleesi label, section 16 and Patient Information.
Section 16: “Store at or below 25°C (77°F). Do not freeze. Protect from light.” Patient Information repeats it as 77°F (25°C).

Vyleesi is bremelanotide, the approved form of the peptide often sold as PT-141. Vyleesi's storage figures come from testing of its own autoinjector. They do not apply to a research PT-141 vial, which has no FDA label and no published stability data for the mixed vial. See how long mixed peptides last and the libido page.
The label says do not freeze and store at or below 77°F (25°C); it gives no allowance beyond that. Section 2.1: discard it if the solution is cloudy, discolored or has visible particles. Ask your pharmacist about an autoinjector that went outside these limits.
Vyleesi needs no fridge, but 77°F (25°C) is a low ceiling. In summer, carry it in an insulated bag and keep it out of hot cars.
