Liraglutide is a once-daily GLP-1 receptor agonist sold as Victoza and Saxenda.
Also known as: Victoza, Saxenda.
Victoza and Saxenda come in 3 mL multi-dose pens at 6 mg/mL, so each pen holds 18 mg. You dial the dose in mg on the pen. At 6 mg/mL, 0.6 mg is 0.1 mL of solution and 1.2 mg is 0.2 mL.
If you also use a powder peptide, the free peptide reconstitution calculator handles the vial math.
The FDA Saxenda label gives a half-life of about 13 hours and a peak at 11 hours after an injection. The app uses 10 hours for time to peak, close to the label figure.
Numbers shown are the values Dose Track uses, listed only where they agree with the source above. Half-life varies from person to person and with injection site.
