Short answer: All three are testosterone undecanoate capsules taken twice a day with food by adult men with low testosterone from a medical cause. Jatenzo starts at 237 mg and Kyzatrex at 200 mg, each adjusted by blood tests; Tlando is a fixed 225 mg dose with no adjustment.123 The Kyzatrex and Tlando labels say they cannot be swapped for other oral testosterone undecanoate products.

All three labels cover testosterone replacement in adult men with primary hypogonadism (testicular failure) or hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (a pituitary or hypothalamus cause). All three say safety and effectiveness have not been established in men with age-related low testosterone or in males under 18.123 Each label asks for two morning testosterone tests below the normal range on separate days before starting.123
Each product has its own capsule formula, its own blood test timing and its own target range. Jatenzo and Kyzatrex are adjusted step by step from a blood test; Tlando has one dose, and the label says to stop it if the level is outside 300 to 1,080 ng/dL rather than change the dose.123 The Kyzatrex and Tlando labels state that they are not substitutable with other oral testosterone undecanoate products, so a milligram of one is not a milligram of another.23
Not fairly. Each label reports one open-label, single-arm study with a different length (about 24 days to about 6 months), a different normal range and a different blood sample method.123 None of them tested one capsule against another.
All three labels say the drug can raise blood pressure, recommend checking it periodically, and say it is not recommended with uncontrolled high blood pressure.123 The Jatenzo and Tlando labels list the removal of their blood pressure boxed warning in 2025; none of the three current labels carries a boxed warning.13
