Referral program terms

These terms apply to everyone in the Dose Track referral program, community members and creators alike. You accept them before you get a code.

Who can join

  1. You must be 18 or older to join the program.

Earning

  1. Rewards are earned only for genuine new users who join with your code and, for cash rewards, subscribe and remain paying past the refund period.
  2. Cash rewards are "pending" until 30 days after the purchase, and only become "available" after that.
  3. No self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, paid installs, or incentivizing people to sign up and cancel.

Sharing

  1. No spam: no unsolicited DMs to strangers, no posting your code in groups or communities where it isn't welcome, no misleading claims about Dose Track or health outcomes.
  2. You must clearly disclose that you earn a reward when you share your link (e.g. "I get a reward if you join"). Creators must label promotions as ads (e.g. #ad, or the platform's paid-partnership label).
  3. You may not present yourself as Dose Track staff or make medical claims on our behalf.

Payouts

  1. Every payout and conversion is reviewed manually and may be approved, adjusted, delayed or denied at Dose Track's discretion.
  2. Payouts are normally sent within 3 business days of approval. Payouts totaling more than $200 in a calendar month require additional review and may take up to 14 business days.
  3. Monthly payouts require a minimum available balance of $30. Withdrawals at any other time carry a $0.99 processing fee.
  4. Converting Pro time to cash is at Dose Track's stated rate ($1 for every 14 days) and may be denied where activity appears unusual (e.g. many joins with no paying users).
  5. You're responsible for providing accurate payout details. We may require tax information (such as a W-9) before paying, and may hold payments until it's provided. You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Errors, refunds and fraud

  1. If a referred purchase is refunded or charged back before the reward becomes available, the related reward is cancelled. If it was already available or paid, we may deduct it from your current or future balance, decided case by case.
  2. If a reward was credited or paid in error (e.g. a tracking or system error), we may correct your balance, including deducting amounts already paid from future earnings.
  3. If we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms, we may freeze your balance while we review. A review can take up to 60 days. During it we keep tracking your referrals and rewards as normal, so if we release your balance, everything you earned is counted correctly. When the review ends, we will either release the balance you are entitled to and resume your account, or cancel unpaid rewards, deduct prior payouts from future earnings, and remove you from the program.

General

  1. Rewards have no cash value except as described here, are non-transferable, and Pro time bought with balance can't be converted back to cash.
  2. Dose Track may change or end the program at any time. We'll give notice in the community and in the bot, and pay out valid available balances when the program ends.
  3. Participation doesn't make you an employee, agent or partner of Dose Track.
