Short answer: Store Natesto at room temperature, 68-77°F (20-25°C), with excursions to 59-86°F (15-30°C) permitted. The label gives no fridge instruction. Keep it out of reach of children, and throw used dispensers in household trash in a way that keeps children and pets away from them. Each pump holds 60 metered actuations. | Question | Label answer |
|---|---|
| Temperature | 68-77°F (20-25°C) |
| Excursions | 59-86°F (15-30°C) permitted |
| Children | Keep out of reach |
| Pump contents | 11 grams of gel, 60 metered actuations; 5.5 mg testosterone each (16.1) |
| Used pumps | Household trash, out of reach of children and pets (16.3) |
Section 2.2: before the first use of each dispenser, prime it by turning it upside down and pressing the pump 10 times, washing any gel that comes out down the sink. After each dose, wipe the tip with a clean, dry tissue and put the cap back on. Replace the dispenser when the top of the piston inside reaches the arrow on the inside label.
One dose is 2 actuations (one per nostril), three times a day (section 2.1). See the Natesto dosing schedule.
Natesto needs no cold pack; the limit to keep in mind is the 86°F (30°C) excursion ceiling, which a hot car can pass. Keep it in your carry-on, capped. Other testosterone forms have their own rules: see the AndroGel and Depo-Testosterone pages.
