Short answer: Keep Miacalcin injection vials in the fridge at 36-46°F (2-8°C) and protect them from freezing. That is all its storage section says: the label gives no room-temperature allowance and no discard date once the 2 mL multi-dose vial has been used, and there is no patient leaflet. Ask your pharmacist how long to keep an opened vial. Source: Miacalcin injection label, section 16.
Section 16: Miacalcin injection comes as “a sterile solution in individual 2 mL multi-dose vials containing 200 USP Units per mL.” “Store in a refrigerator between 2° to 8°C (36° to 46°F).” “Protect from freezing.” The vial carton repeats the same two lines.

The label gives no room-temperature allowance for Miacalcin injection. Carry vials in an insulated bag with a cold pack, without letting them touch the pack, since the label says protect from freezing.
