You can delete your Dose Track account at any time. Deleting it removes, immediately and permanently, everything we hold for that account on our servers:
We do not keep a copy afterwards. The health records stored on your phone are not touched by account deletion — to remove those, see "Erase the data on your phone" below, or uninstall the app.
To remove everything, do both.
To remove only your backup and keep the account, tap Delete backup instead.
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in (for example, you forgot your password), email hello@dosetrack.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete it and confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner. Because your backup is encrypted with your password, we cannot recover its contents for you — only delete it.
Go to Profile › Settings › Data Management. Use Delete Specific Data to clear one kind of record (for example dose history or lab results), or tap Delete Account & Data at the bottom to erase all your records on the phone and start the app over. Uninstalling the app removes everything. None of these touch your account on our servers.
Community Hub posts, pseudonymous usage analytics, and records of files you imported from another app are not tied to your email account, and deleting your account does not remove them. There is no button in the app for these — members can't delete Hub posts themselves — but we delete them on request. Email hello@dosetrack.app and we will remove them by hand. Include your App User ID (tap Settings › Advanced › App User ID to copy it) so we can find your analytics and import records, and tell us which Hub posts to remove, or ask for all of them. See our Privacy Policy for everything we collect and how long we keep it.
