Short answer: Keep Zomacton vials in the fridge at 36-46°F (2-8°C), in the carton to protect them from light, and do not let the diluent freeze. Once mixed with its own diluent, a 5 mg vial keeps in the fridge for up to 14 days and a 10 mg vial for up to 28 days. Do not freeze mixed vials. Source: Zomacton label, section 16.2.
Section 16.2, before reconstitution: “Store ZOMACTON vials refrigerated at 36° to 46°F (2° to 8°C) in the original carton to protect from light. Avoid freezing the accompanying diluent.”

The mixed-vial days apply to a vial mixed with its co-packaged diluent. The label does not give a room-temperature allowance for Zomacton.
See Zomacton side effects, the Zomacton dosing schedule and how long mixed peptides last.
Zomacton has no room-temperature allowance on its label, before or after mixing. Carry vials in an insulated bag with a cold pack, in the carton, without letting them touch the pack.
