Short answer: Keep an unused Follistim AQ Cartridge in the fridge at 36-46°F (2-8°C) until it expires, or at room temperature up to 77°F (25°C) for 3 months or until it expires, whichever comes first. After first use, keep it at 36-77°F (2-25°C) and throw it away after 28 days. Keep it in the carton, away from light, and do not freeze it. Source: Follistim AQ label, section 16.

Cartridges come in 300, 600 and 900 international unit sizes, used with the Follistim Pen. See Follistim AQ side effects, the Follistim AQ dosing schedule and Follistim vs Gonal-f.
An unused Follistim AQ Cartridge can sit at up to 77°F (25°C) for 3 months, and an in-use one at 36-77°F (2-25°C), so a short trip at room temperature is within the label. Keep it below 77°F and do not let it freeze against an ice pack.
