Boldenone undecylenate is an injectable anabolic steroid, a close relative of testosterone with one extra double bond, attached to an undecylenate ester. In the US it is approved only as a veterinary drug for horses (Equipoise), not for people.
Also known as: Equipoise, EQ.
The FDA-approved veterinary product contains 25 or 50 mg of boldenone undecylenate per mL. There is no product approved for people. It is already a liquid, so there is nothing to mix.
Boldenone is already a solution, so there is no mixing. The only math is turning an amount in mg into a volume. Here it is at 50 mg/mL for 25 mg.
25 mg ÷ 50 mg/mL = 0.5 mL0.5 mL × 100 = 50 units| Amount | Volume | U-100 syringe |
|---|---|---|
| 12.5 mg | 0.25 mL | 25 units |
| 25 mg | 0.5 mL | 50 units |
| 37.5 mg | 0.75 mL | 75 units |
| 50 mg | 1 mL | 100 units |
FDA's animal drug rules approve boldenone undecylenate injection (Equipoise) for debilitated horses, by injection into muscle, repeated at 3-week intervals, when an improvement in weight, hair coat or general condition is wanted. The label says not to give it to horses intended for human consumption, and federal law restricts it to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian. We found no boldenone product for people in FDA's Drugs@FDA database.
Anabolic steroids are Schedule III controlled substances in the US, and this one is named in the federal list (21 CFR 1308.13(f)). Having it without a valid prescription is illegal. It is on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List as an anabolic agent, banned in and out of competition.
There is no FDA label for people, so there are no label warnings to quote; the harms below are the ones the cited studies report. We found no human trial or survey focused on boldenone that we could cite for its effects in people.
We found no published study that measured boldenone undecylenate levels in people, so we do not list the app's modeling values (14 days and 72 hours).
