Quoted from the US label · Unopened vs in use · Travel · Sources · Reviewed

Short answer: Store Qsymia capsules at room temperature, 68-77°F (20-25°C), with excursions to 59-86°F (15-30°C) permitted. Keep the container tightly closed and protect it from moisture; the Medication Guide says keep Qsymia dry. The label gives no fridge instruction. What does the Qsymia label say?

Section 16: “Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F), excursions permitted between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F). Keep container tightly closed and protect from moisture.” The Medication Guide: keep Qsymia in a tightly closed container, and keep it dry and away from moisture.

Why does the Qsymia label stress moisture?

The label does not explain why, but both section 16 and the Medication Guide say it: tightly closed, dry, away from moisture. That rules out a steamy bathroom cabinet. If you use a pill organizer, keeping it closed and dry follows the same idea. See the Qsymia dosing schedule and missed a Qsymia dose.
