SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small molecule that switches on the estrogen-related receptors ERRα, ERRβ and ERRγ, most strongly ERRα. Its developers describe it as an exercise mimetic. It is not a peptide, has been studied only in cells and animals, and is not approved for human use.
For SLU-PP-332, there is no approved product and no published human study, so there are no label strengths or studied human amounts.
SLU-PP-332 is not FDA approved, and we could not find any published study that gave it to people.
In the first paper (Billon 2023), SLU-PP-332 increased type IIa oxidative muscle fibers and exercise endurance in mice. A follow-up (Billon 2024) found that in obese mice it raised energy use and fat burning, reduced fat mass and improved insulin sensitivity. Mouse results often do not carry over to people.
A 2026 anti-doping study (Avliyakulov) notes that the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibits exercise mimetics and metabolic modulators in sport, and identified SLU-PP-332 breakdown products from human liver fractions in the lab that could be used for drug testing.
We could not find a published human half-life for this compound. Figures quoted online usually come from animal or cell studies, so we do not list one here.
