Smart Peptide Tracker (by Sean Hussain) is a peptide log with vial inventory, a reconstitution calculator, schedules, a compound library and stack charts. Its App Store listing calls it a peptide command center. Dose Track is a dose tracker for people who run more than one medication, with research peptides, GLP-1s, TRT and supplements, vials, blends and bloodwork in the same place.
Transparency note: Dose Track publishes this comparison. Everything about Smart Peptide Tracker below comes from its own App Store listing, Google Play listing and website, checked November 3, 2026 and linked under Sources. Apps change quickly, so check its current listing before deciding.
Dose Track is the better pick for most people. It covers what Smart Peptide Tracker lists as its core (dose logging, vial supply, a reconstitution calculator, reminders, site history and lab results), and adds GLP-1s and testosterone, estimated levels, side effects, research pages for 428 compounds, Pulse and a Community. Smart Peptide Tracker is worth a look for the extras listed further down.

Smart Peptide Tracker is built around the stack. Today's doses sit on one screen and log in a couple of taps, past entries can be filled in later, and schedules cover daily, every other day, 5 on 2 off and custom patterns, with cycle planning and titration steps that move through the amounts you set.
Its inventory side is detailed: amounts left, concentrations, purchases, lots and costs for single compounds, blends, pre-mixed vials, oils and capsules, with spending by compound and supplier. Its stack analyzer shows your stack on a radar chart by category, and its Google Play listing adds a compound interaction map. It records lab results with the ranges from your report, keeps progress photos, weight and measurements, and imports and exports your records. It is rated 4.7 on both stores.
Dose Track is built for people whose list does not stop at peptides. GLP-1s, testosterone and supplements sit on the same timeline as your research peptides, each with its own schedule, from a library of 800+ medications and supplements. Each one it models gets an estimated level from its half-life.
Side effects are picked from a list that fits your medication and rated mild to severe, next to a daily energy, mood and sleep check-in. Bloodwork goes in as a lab PDF or photo, and the markers stay next to what you were taking at the time.
Pulse answers questions from your own log and makes changes you confirm, with Undo. The Community is inside the app, with moderated posts, a live chat room and mentors. Dose Track keeps your records on your phone with no account needed. Dose Track records what you enter and does not recommend doses.
Research is built in. Of the 800+ medications and supplements, 428 have a research page: how the compound works, its safety, FDA status and references, and for most, the doses studied in research. Guides, an interaction checker and 650+ free compound pages on dosetrack.app sit alongside. None of it is a dose recommendation.
Both apps run on iPhone and Android, log research peptides and blends, track what is left in each vial, have a reconstitution calculator, send reminders, keep an injection-site history, record lab results and progress, work with Apple Health and Health Connect, and let you export your records. Neither tells you what dose to take.
Smart Peptide Tracker's App Store listing says data is stored on your device, with an optional PIN and optional cloud sync. Its Google Play listing says an account is required and that sign-in, sync, AI and purchases need a connection. Its App Store privacy label lists health data, email address, user ID, usage and crash data as linked to you, with no tracking. Dose Track keeps records on your phone with no account needed, unless you turn on the encrypted backup, which only your password opens.
We read Smart Peptide Tracker's App Store description, in-app purchase list, privacy label and device list, and its Google Play description and data safety section. It has no website linked from either listing. Dose Track facts come from our own app. We did not use reviews to judge features.
